I think your project is beautifully made and shows the true essense of your personality and creativity. I like how your layout of the project is not just strait up and down, but it is all around and in a unique arrangement. I would not be surprised if you received a 100%! The only thing I would alter in your project is, I would add a few more example sentences. I like how you catagorized your information, it's very professionall looking. Overall I think this is a very good project and you should be proud of the work you put into it.
To answer your question, I think you would be able to two or more interogative words into a question. Maybe who and where.

The colors on the page are very easy on the eyes and break the lesson down into simpler parts. Reading each block separately enhances the ability to remember the individual information rather then trying to read and remember everything at once. The only thing I would change is to go slightly more in detail when explaining the positioning of the "when" and "where particles because it may be confusing to the reader if they had never learned about forming interrogative questions before. Also, the translations to each of the sentences should be included just to make sure the reader fully understands the sentence structure.
